Hello - About four weeks ago I had IPL for sun spots. I got random shallow burns like tiger stripes all over one of my arms. They didn’t seem that deep at the time - no deep blisters, just brown maroon patches that later flaked off.
Now that they’ve flaked away I’m left with very noticeable white patches all over both my upper and lower arm. They don’t seem to be completely depigmented and some patches are worse than others.
Will this go away?? How long will it take? I’m devastated because I’m a surfer and live at the beach - its virtually impossible for me to hide my arms.
Hmmm… have you discussed this with your laser specialist? Im wondering if this is HYPOpigmentation?
