Have anyone ever heard about this device, supposed to help to get rid of scars, hyperpig and so on?
Is it really safe, I mean, the needles are not sterelized, and used several times… so I was wondering…
Thanks for your replies

Do you have a link?
Are you just asking about the roller many electrologists use that is plugged into their machine at the end of the session?
Here is the link:
And what roller machine are eletrologists using in the US? I never had that after treatments in France…
All REAL electrolysis machines have rollers that plug into the machines to provide Catapheresis and Anapherisis treatments that are used by many electrolysis providers for pretreatments and posttreatments.
This home use product is nothing like what is used in an electrolysis office, and I would be worried about the sanitation issues of using this at home, in addition to my great reservatoins on what this item could really do to benefit one’s skin. After all, one could simulate use of this product by simply pricking oneself with a pin a few thousand times.
Contact the manufacturer and ask about how the device can be sterilized. Is this micro needle device affixed to a plastic (?) handle that can be sterilized? Some plastics can actually be sterilized.
Can it deliver all that is promised? Well I don’t think the readers here would want to stimulate hair growth on their faces and the promoters of the dermaroller make claims that it stimulates hair growth.
Regarding hyperpigmentation, I can’t imagine how it can end hyperpigmentation because tissue trauma sometimes causes hyperpigmention; I never read any professional journal that indicates that it ends it.
In the area of the promise to stimulate collagen, well it might actually do that.
I did notice a warning that you should not share the device with anyone else.
Why not write to the manufacturer and ask about your concerns.
If it does not live up to its promises, under certain conditions, they offer a refund.
Good luck.
