How do I know if the electrologist I’m going to is a good electrologist??
I feel confident in electrolysis and I feel that if I go to the right electrologist that I will eventually achieve a significent improvement in my facial hair problem but I’m finding it very stressful trying to figure out which electrologist is best for me. I have been to two already. One did only a small patch test of a few hairs. The other did most of my chin area.
The first lady’s manner or perhaps more accurately described as a ‘sales pitch’ did put me off somewhat but she seemed competent when it came to the procedure. The procedure wasn’t at all painful, there was no plucking; the hair came out cleanly and there was little reaction in the long or ‘longer’ term.
The second lady was more likeable although more sparing when it came to words but I find the procedure a little less ‘clean’. I mean that sometimes there seems to be the odd ‘tug’ from hairs and I find it difficult to tell if she is redoing hairs because she didn’t get them the first time. And again I don’t know if this is normal or a lack of skill? Also the reaction is somewhat more but maybe this is because she is doing larger areas.
I would really appreciate if any experienced and knowledgable people could offer any advice or information as I’m finding it difficult at the moment.
