Hi!
I just wanted to clear up some questions on eyebrow-hair / hair-growth in general because over time I’ve read so much interesting stuff here that conflates with other information, and I’d love to understand it better.
From my understanding, plucking repeatedly damages a follicle and surrounding tissue, but also causes the follicle blood supply connection to get stronger. I’ve read here that its not the case with eyebrows because the skin is thinner / follicle shallower. So many who have repeatedly plucked eyebrows don’t grow them back? Is this true?
Ive also read that overstimulation of any kind, certain oils (castor/rosemary in small doses, aloe vera) can cause new growth to form. Is this true? why is aloe vera recommended to electrolysis clients?
Overall, why do eyebrow hairs react differently (as observed by others, generally)?, how can you grow back over plucked eyebrows, is possible?
