How do some zapped hairs keep growing?

Just had my first laser treatment.

Some of the zapped hairs have kept on growing and some have stopped growing. I think the ones that have kept on growing will shed (they are sliding out when I pull them). How does the hair keep growing if it’s been killed sufficiently to cause it to shed?

It’s not growing. It’s coming out to shed, i.e. dead and being pushed out by the body.

Although if the hair does not fall off, it could mean the tech missed the spot. If you have a lot of missed spots- go back for a touch up!
