So I started getting laser hair removal in June 2012. I’ve had three sessions so far on my upper lip, under arms and full brazilian. They have used ELOS-syneron for me.
My latest appointment was August 11-2012 and I shaved one week ago…
Underarms: more than 50% of hair is gone, however nothing sheds if i pull it out. I can see more than one hair sprouting from follicles but i think that’s due to years of shaving.
upperlip- I have no idea if I have results as my skin is dark and so is my hair so I can’t really tell. I am shaving in between and I’ve always stuck to threading my upper lip so i wonder if that is also changing the growth. How do I tell if it’s working or not since my skin is darker?
Brazilian- so the front of that area I guess right below my belly button is atleast 40% gone. The pattern is that after my appointment in a few days the hair grows and some sheds to this point where there are patches without any hair at all. I think this is good news and a good rate I am guessing.
I’m embaressed to ask this question but… how do I know if my labia area and bum area are also getting results? it’s hard to see and my skin is sort of darker too. I feel like it feels like there is less hair but I’m not sure if it’s a big difference. Is this a bad sign?
Also can you do laser on fine hair? My arms and thighs have fine black hair that is light but I would like to also remove it permanently with this laser deal.
