How can I make sure my treatments are spaced out +

correctly?

Basically, I had my first bikini done… and then 7 weeks later, I had my 2nd one done. I then booked to have the 3rd after the next 7 weeks. When I had the 2nd treatment, there was hair growing in but I am thinking 8 weeks probably would have been better… to make sure I am getting an effective treatment, do I stick with the 7 week schedule? I am not sure how to make sure it is right on track.

I know everyone is different but 7 weeks probably was too short right?

I prefer 2 - 3 months between clearings. (Body hair only.)

I like to see telogen hairs in the area; then I know we have reached a mature cycle.

7 weeks is not ‘too’ short but yes, it is short.

I suggest you wait at least 8 weeks in between treatments and 10 weeks after the 1st three sessions.

Sorry but this area is still a bit confusing to me as well.
So for example if I have waited 9 weeks since last LHR (body) and the hair in some areas is still appearing scant or thin do i still go for treatment or is it even better to wait till there is thicker , darker hair ? I have had only one treatment on lower part of arm but after 8 weeks there is still little hair appearing. If you see almost no hair and it has been 9 weeks is it best to still go for treatment just to keep the process on track ?

For the facial/chin areas - what is the optimal period between “clearings”?

My electrologist was suggesting I come in weekly, but that’s just not in the budget @ $115/hour.

Thanks, BFG

I think you should possibly ask this in the electrolysis part of the forum. I believe the questions about time between sessions, posted above were about laser…
