hormones and hair growth

i have a question about hair hormones and hair growth. i hve heard that women get new growth until age 21. if this is true than when do women stop gettign new hair after puberty? when do hormones balance at what age? i hope it makes sense. i am asking this because i am 19 right now and wanted to get electrolysis on my face. but i would rather wait until couple years the reality is that i will keep getting new hair until age 21.
any input would be helpful…

I don’t think there IS a definite age where follicles stop producing new hair. But its better to start electrolysis now, while there is “less” hair so that as new hair develops you can get rid of it quickly and easily.

thanks for the comment emily. so that means right now i have less hair than what i m gonna have later in life?? sounds scaryyy
