hi, im new on here but am not new to laser hair removal. im 24 male and hav dark hair with olive skin. ive been researching laser hair removal for the past 2 years.

what id like to know is has anyone heard of this http://www.riobeauty.com/LAHR.htm??? i was considering buying it but understand that its not as good as getting it done profesionally. was considering using it on small areas like hands, feet shoulders etc… would it have better results than waxing???

im also considering getting my beard done because everytime i am in a photo it looks like i havnt shaved even though i did 2 hours ago. is it possible to get done without patchiness.

the last question i have is i drink heavily and was wondering if this increases hair growth??

thanks for any help, i think about being hairy every day of my life and dont know what to do.

home machines are not effective. it doesn’t matter if it’s for a small area or not. they don’t have enough energy to kill the hair, no matter how large the area is.

yes, it’s possible to not have patchiness, but you need to have realistic expectations and be prepared for a bunch of treatments. it’s also VERY important to have a veyr experienced technician for this task and a Yag laser in your case.

no, there are no studies that show that drinking has any effect. however, please read the sticky post about other possible things that CAN affect hair growth.
