Help with info on first electrolysis treatment

Hello,

I know there are lot of posts on scabbing but i wanted to get some insights on my issues. I am female of Indian origin. I got my first electrolysis treatment two weeks ago. My electrologist used probe 3 and she is using thermolysis. My hair is think and not just fine on chin and neck. My aftercare includes witch hazel and a tattoo cream that my electrologist provided me with. I did not put water on for 24hrs or so.
I got lot of scabs on the treated area. the brown crust in no more after two weeks. However i see the pigmentation. I am just worried where these would dark marks would be there for ever or would they fade away. and how long does it take for them to be unnoticeable. I used to tweeze earlier for over an year before i have decided to give electrology a try. Any inputs would be much appreciated.

Your skin type is prone to pigmentation, have you spoken to the electrologist. They should be able to make adjustments to reduce the size of the scabs. Is the hair very fine as a size 3 seems a pretty small size of probe to be using.
By the way pigmentation will fade but may take 3-6 months.
