Please can someone tell me how to insert the needles into the needle holder? There doesn’t seem to be anything to insert them into. I have a skinmate equ/290 thermolysis machine just like this:

THere should be a small hole at the tip of the probe/needle holder. Pick up the probe with your tweezers. Slightly unscrew the cap and slide the fat part of the probe into the hole as you hold the probe with the tweezers. Gently screw the cap to tighten and secure the probe in the probe holder.
I am not familiar with this apparatus, but I assume that is the way to do it. Every epilator I have owned works this way.

Some needle holder with a spring inside you active with the thumb nail (as some pens) dilating the small hole, insert the needle at the level you want and let go. The hole closes adapt to any type of needle F and K. I’m not sure it is still produced but they were very practical. I do not think this is the case, it seems to screw as indicated by Dee.
