Help me, only ever shaved....

Hi there, i would really appreciate some advice. Ive only ever shaved the bikini area and i can’t stand it any more rash etc) so im really looking to move on to a new method

Which is generally better out of waxing, sugaring and hair removal creams? Im not bothered about pain etc but i want the most effective long-lasting one.

Which are the best brands? Any particualar products stand head and shoulders above the rest?

Thanks a lot for any help at all you can give me, im completely clueless and in a bit of a crisis

well out of waxing, sugaring and creams… i would personally say sugaring.

sugaring uses natural products and can be easily washed off when done. and the bikini area is a sensitive area and you wouldnt necessarily want creams near there, altho they got special “safer” creams for the bikini area.

sugaring hair there will last about few weeks. 2+. creams will last only few days. waxing is very similar to sugaring but you risk break the hairs and then it ends up being just like shaving.

but both sugaring and waxing need professionals if you have never dont them before. and when done properly they both give you equal results.

i personally find sugaring less harsh but then again i make the sugar myself and do my own hair removal. and boy does it hurt in that area.

beware ingrowns cause they can get nasty and redness and irritation is very common after waxing/sugaring treatment in that area.

good luck!

Ok thanks. Which is the best sugaring product…i heard Nads gel hair removal was meant to be tops but i’m not sure which to go for.

Is there any wasy to prevent irritation/ingrowing hair when sugaring or waxing…like any certain moisturisers?

Thanks for the help

I use ‘Parissa body sugar’ and is pretty good.

For ingrows you have ‘Tend Skin’. I didn’t try yet cause is kinda expensive but some ppl had good results.
