Help! Hair ends/tips grew back white!

I’ve plucked hair in the pubic regions a couple of weeks ago and while the hair was growing back I noticed a portion of the ends/tips were white. So basically half a strand of hair is black and the tip is white.

Can anyone explain to me what the cause of this is? Is this normal?

when the hairs are dead, the end is white. it’s not the color of the hair, there is usually a bit of white stuff at the end. it just means the hair was in the last phase of growth and about to fall out.
