There are tons of catchy IPL names. They all work on the same principles to reduce hair. What areas are you wanting treated? Do you have coarse, dense,dark hair? You need to give more information about your situation.

There are dozens of various IPL machines. The bottom line is that they’re not great for hair removal. You should look for someone with a true laser - the one best for your skin type. Why would you not want to get the best possible treatments?
