Hand-held Ground Electrode Placement

I apologize in advance if this is a really dumb question. Since I am performing electrolysis on myself, as opposed to someone else, this is unique to a DIYer. I am holding the needle in my right hand and the tweezers in my left (at a 90 degree angle like the Bono books says to do), what about the electrode/ground? Should I hold it in my left hand with the tweezers and make sure they don’t touch? Or should I place it on my skin so I am just touching the ground? Or should I try holding it under my arm or chin (which would be rather cumbersome)?

I am just going to be performing galvanic for now.

your best bets are to either use an armband/sweatband to hold the ground in place, or get electrode patches, and purchase, or make an alegator clip that connects to the banana clip that your ground plugs in to. That way, you can connect the metal alegator clip to the electrode patch, and affix it anywhere on your body, and it will stick on its own. Such clips are for sale for about $20, but I can’t believe one can’t make one for far less, and even have a better made item, as the $20 mail order ones are made with plastic and would break long before the metal alegator clip modification you would make on your own.
