Hairy Penis Probelms (UK)

So I have the unfortunate problem of having hair growing all the way up my penis. I live in Ireland but am willing to travel to London or anywhere in Ireland to get electrolysis done by someone who has experience working on this area.

Can anyone recommend an electrologist that works on the ‘male bikini area’ regularly?

I found a list of electrologists in the BIAE directory and emailed one of them in Ireland but I’m not confident that she’s going to be willing to work on this area so unfortunately I’m probably going to have to find someone in London.

What equipment should I be looking out for and are there any other organisations besides the BIAE that I should consider looking at?

I’m pretty paranoid about getting scars so wan’t to make sure that I go to the best electrologist possible. Also, I would feel a lot less nervous and insecure about the whole thing is this is an area the electrologist works on regularly.

Do you think if it’s best that I search for electrologists that generally work with trans patients as they are more likely to work on this area or is this a pretty common area for electrologists to work on?

I’m not exactly in London, but have done, well, hundreds of these cases (self included). So, here’s bit of advice for you.

You should (must) have local anesthetic for this area, and any physician can do this before the treatment. A few recommendations can be made and, if you write to me, I will give these to you. The TTT (total treatment time) for this area is very low and thus very worth doing (with local). I wouldn’t consider doing this without.

This area will (and should) get scabs, but this area does not form scar tissue; scars form only in the dermis. Do not worry about scars: it’s not going to happen — ever!

I am planning to work with a UK electrologist to illustrate how to do this work. You might want to hang-on a bit if you can’t find the appropriate venue. For those reading with a quizzical mind, let me tell you … it’s NOT nice to have hair on your “Schnitzel.”

Hi Michael,

Thanks for taking the time te reply to my thread. A few more questions:

What is the total treatment time for this area?

What is the most amount of time you can spend working on this area in one sitting?

How long do I have to wait between each treatment?

Definitely right about hair on your “schnitzel” being no fun!

Michael, how did you get a physician to agree to administer a local anesthetic? In Canada I have never heard of an electrologist or patient being able to arrange to have this done.

Well, just ask! It’s always worked for me!

Or try two shots of a strong drink as pain killer!

You can ask doctors, and dentists, nurses, and nurse anesthetists. When you are done canvasing, if you are really lucky, maybe one of two of them won’t look at you like you have two heads, and snakes for hair.
