Hello everyone!

I am hoping someone can recommend an Electrologist based in the UK who has experience working on hairlines? I would like to have some work on my hairline to raise it back to its original position following a poor hairline lowering surgery.

Does anybody have any recommendations for Electrologists who have hairline experience?

You might want to rethink this. When transplants are performed they take a plug of skin, that blends because the hair they are transplanting hides the scar, but often the plug isnt exactly right at the same level of the surface, leaving behind a slightly raised bump or lowered area where the trnsplant was. Remove the hair, and you have just revealed this for the world to see. Read around on this site, and you will see several accounts of this.

Thanks for your reply! I have thought a lot into this and I can see my scalp skin behind is at the same level as my forehead skin. I am more conscious of how un-naturally low the hairline now falls.

Do you know how I can find these threads that you’re talking abou?

Thanks lluv2zap, I didn’t have a hair transplant, I had my natural hairline lowered with scalp advancement. Not sure if there are any accounts of this on the site, I can only see references to transplanted hair lines.
