Hi I did my first treatment with the diode laser (mediostar) at 26 J, 1,5Hz i think it was and it hurt like hell.
I havent seen any hair falling of and i have read everywhere that it is supposed to fall of, at least a few hairs…
im worried, is this because it is the first time? or is it not working? i tried to pull the hairs out but there is resistance and it doesnt come out easy.
as you see my english isnt that good, im from sweden… 
Do not pull the hairs! You can exfoliate to help them fall off, but pulling them will not give you good results. Be patient and you’ll see hte reduction even if you don’t see hairs falling off.

Does the area have pepper spots? These are hairs that are stuck in the follicle. I would voice these concerns to the laser center and see what they say. Laser hurts as you have attested to. Maybe they can give you advice on topical anesthetics for your next treatment. You should see hair shedding in 1.5 to 3 weeks after a treatment.
Maybe I just am bad at noticing things but I rarely noticed hair shedding. But I DID see great results!
hmm, okey. no there isnt any pepper spots but i have noticed hair shedding but not much…
