Is it true that after years of epilating a good portion of the hair will be permanently gone?
Only on your legs, and eyebrows, but that may have more to do with poor circulation than anything else. Leg hairs and eyebrow hairs are shalow enough to be effected by plucking as the scar tissue that builds up may choke off the follicle, this will never happen on the face, or the torso or anywhere else but possibly the legs and eyebrows. In most places, the hair gets thicker and darker.
