I have decided to use now electrolysis and I would like to know how long it can take pro session to treat this area and if other members have experimented electrolysis there. Did you suffered from bad reactions? scabs? I heared about hyperpigmentation and keloids and that make me unsureā¦
Electrolysis works for this area or any area. It is assured permanent hair removal. Scabs? there is nothing to fear if you get scabbing. They slough off and all is well. This is common for body work. We are damaging tissue that helps hair grow below the skin. This is how the skin reacts when it is disturbed (inflammation process). Keloids? No. Hyperpig? Maybe. People of color are more prone to have hyperpig, but it is short-lived. If you get hyperpig, it will fade and there are aftercare behaviors on your part that will hasten the healing.
Shaving is never the villian. It gets blamed for hair structure changes, increased hair growth and hair color changes, but has no effect on your hair problem getting worse.
