I saw this but it doesn’t say exactly what YAG laser they use.
The only decent groupon deal I have seen is the Apogee MPX one, but it was £999. The rest are IPL or Lasers by companies I have never heard of.
Oh, actually there are two today, one deal with a random YAG and one with the Cutera, hopefully a Coolglide. Sorry!
I think the Coolglide has 10mm spot size though, from Cutera’s wesbite.
Edit: Not a Coolglide. From the salon website-
Most beauty salon Nd:YAG lasers operate on 2.5 to 40 Joules and are only suitable for dark hairs, while the Xeo Laser can operate on up to 200 Joules and with its IPL attachment can be used on both light and dark hairs.
It sounds like a good deal and I hear that Yag is the right laser for my skin type IV-V so I’m going for it.
Is it a good laser??? Worth the £133.00?
I know its a six month deal so not very long to take up treatments but price seemed fab.
The £133 at healing hands is basically a IPL, if you visit their website you will see the info I posted.
The other at Pasha, they say is “class IV Long Pulse ND: YAG Laser” whatever that is. Since we don’t know what it is, we have no idea of spot size or any other important information.
I would only bother with treatments with YAG lasers which you can find the info for and/or are known to give good results.

I would have a look at Pasha clinic reviews on Qype or wahanda or cyclax before you spend any money.
