No, LASER won’t touch grey nor clear hairs.
Find the right electrologist and you will get fast comfortable treatment for this problem.
My mom had a lot of grey hair on her face, and she’s been getting treatments with the Aurora (which isn’t exactly a laser, but works in a similar way). I can’t say for sure yet how well it is working and whether or not they are permanently gone, but she definitely has a lot less hair now. It may be worth a try.
