Gooseneck?

When working on particularly challenging areas, such as the triceps or the back of the arms, I have been considering using an articulated arm or a gooseneck-type holder to support the probe. This would keep the probe stable while still allowing enough flexibility to manipulate it and perform insertions. Such a setup could reduce fatigue and make the work faster and more comfortable, since you would only need to make small adjustments to reach the next follicle instead of repositioning the probe next to the work area after every pause. Has anyone tried something like this? Or is there an instrument available that serves this purpose?
