I’ve recently purchased a cream containing 10% Glycolic Acid to use as part of my skincare regime, but I’m just wondering whether using a cream containing AHAs is okay? I intend to stop use of the cream 48hrs before my treatment session and resume use of the cream about 3 days after treatment. Do this sound okay? Would it be okay to continue using an AHA cream if I still have scabs from my electrolysis treatment? Thanks!
Your plan sounds good. Although you could probably use it up to 12 hours before a treatment, you don’t want to be using it in areas where you still have scabs.
