I was just wondering if hiar was easier to get rid of in areas where it has not fully developed. For example, on my chest there are areas where hair is just staring to come in, perhaps one of those inhibiting lotions would prevent the hair from thickening up? Any thoughts on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
The so-called herbal inhibitor lotions have no proof they can work as claimed.
It is easier to kill hairs as they come in, so you might consider looking into permanent options.
