I am a middle eastern male, 28, I recently got a treatment on my beard line and neck, I need advice in terms of settings, are they too low?

Much Appreciated. The lady said they just input skin type and tan and do not touch settings. Please help in terms of setting recommendations.

10 joules on 18mm spot is severely low for Alexandrite. Skin type III can handle from 14 joules. I am skin type III and I was treated from 16 joules. If clinic relies on machine settings, it’s a red flag that their training and experience is minimal.

Reading the forum, 16 Joules seems like the minimum. Does anyone know what the other numbers on the screen refer to?

Any recommendations for Toronto, there’s a few I found but they seem outdated.
