I understand that most people are required to be off of accutane for at least 3-6 months prior to laser hair removal. However, I wanted to know if a very small maintenance dose of 10mg were taken twice a week, would that still create major problems with photosensitivity? I’m getting the hair on the front of my neck treated with the Gentlelase laser and was given a script for accutane prior to my first tx. I’ve been on accutane before (a year ago) and never experienced any sensitivity with the sun. Any advise would be much appreciated.
