Gentlelase on not-so-coarse hair? Need advice!

I`m considering Gentlelase for some of my body hair but I was concerned when I read on this forum that the laser might stimulate growth in less coarse hair instead of reducing it. I´m not sure what qualifies as coarse but except for the genital region I´d say the hair is rather fine. It´s definitely terminal hair and not vellus hair, though, it´s dark and my skin is about as light as it gets. Should I go through with Gentlelase or are there better options?

I´d also like to say thanks to everyone on this forum sharing their knowledge!

Electrolysis would be a good option for the not so coarse hair since laser won’t be because laser is best for the darker coarser hair. Electrolysis can work on any type of hair.

What areas are you considering? Are you male or female? Can you post a photo?

Generally, the hair needs to be as coarse as pubic or underarm hair, or at least lower leg hair. Otherwise, it won’t work.
