I went today to practitioner that uses Candela. The only thing that bothers me is that he have GentleLASE LE (Limited Edition). I checked the web site of Candela, and both machines have almost the same specs, except that the “LE” version doesn’t have the 18mm spot size. The max on it is 15mm.

Is it true that Large spot sizes deliver energy deeper into the tissue than small spot sizes. This will mean they are more effective as well, right? So 18J/15mm will not have the same effect on the hair as 18J/18mm will do. I am a bit confused right now.
