Folliculitis In Between Treatments

Hello,

This is my second time getting folliculitis on my breast (an area I am currently getting electrolysis). I notice that its when the hair start regrowing back. Is this normal, is there anything someone can recommend to prevent this or to minimize redness or hyperpigmentation?

If however you previously tweezed, ingrown hair might be an indicator that previously tweezed hair broke off below the skin and is becoming trapped as it grows. It can also be an indicator of faulty electrolysis if ingrown hair continues to be a problem.
