I just recenlty threading my whole face…and this is day #2, and i have some breakouts…alsmost rash-like
will this go away? it’s also kind of itchy… is there somethin I can do to speed up the healing? some special cream?
and on average, how often should i get my face threaded?

I used to wax my face and would end up with red itchy skin. I found that applying some aloe vera gel really calmed the area down.
Just a thought but maybe your skin is irritated due to the cotton thread.
