I was plucking the fine hairs on my stomach as I notice EVERY hair bulb is white, like those salt grains that telogen hairs have. At first thought every hair was in the telogen phase but that can’t be right? For the electrolysis practitioners that have experience with treating fine hairs on the body, have you also seen this? that no matter what state the hair is in , the bulb does not have any pigment?
