Face pores after electrolysis

I need some guidance. I have had six sessions of electrolysis, and now my face has open pores. I would like a treatment suggestion for these open pores. Is it possible to completely get rid of them? Should I stop electrolysis altogether? Is there a way to treat my skin’s pores while continuing with electrolysis? What medications or methods do you recommend?
I have been crying every day about my facial hair, and now I also have the issue of open pores. Unfortunately, laser treatment did not work for me and made my facial hair worse.

This is a temporary side effect, here is a video that will explain the orange peel effect to you.

It’s nothing to worry about

Thank you:)

I see absolutely nothing of concern. The area on the sides of nose would be there whether you had electrolysis or not. For other pores where hair lives in the follicle tunnel, once the hairs are removed, your keen eye will notice the tunnel where the hair once occupied that space. It will heal nicely. Give it time and don’t lose a minute of sleep worrying. None of us have perfect porcelain skin.
