Eyebrow hair removal - please look!

I need by eyebrows done reallly bad, but have a few questions.

If it is permanent, how do I choose the shape I want? Is it better to be conservative and just get rid of the middle first where they join since I am sure I don’t want that area? I like my eyebrows thick otherwise, except perhaps the sides trimmed a bit. But I just can’t commit for a permanenent procedure in case regrowth is not symmetrical or I end up having a woman’s brow!

How many treatments does it take to remove at least the middle above the nose where it joins completely? Since men grow more eyebrow, nose and ear hair as they age, won’t I grow hair that wasn’t there before as I age? I am only 24 and my brows have only become thicker in the last few years. I fear that after electroclysis, I will still have new hair growing again.

Finally, how many men have had successful permanent hair removal done on their eyebrows? Will the whole eyebrow be worked on in one session each time I go? If my skin is highly sensitive, will electrolysis be dangerous? I can’t even shave daily without getting reactions so am worried about electrolysis. HOw do I find the best/reasonably priced electrologist in my area (Clevelan, OH). Andrea any recommendations.

Thanks a lot to anyone who answers some of these questions or posts their experiences!! Happy New Year.

Eyebrows are easily removed, and yes you can have the area between your eyes cleared out the first time, and you should have the entire area cleared each and every time you visit your electrologist.

It is permanent, so you don’t want to do anything other than the middle hairs if you don’t know what you want done to the rest of the hairs. Having said that, you may do well to have a professional eyebrow shaper give you the look you like, and have your electrologist take it from there to make sure it stays that way forever.

Yes, you may grow more hair as you age, but this hair is not significant, and your treatment times will be less and less everytime you go. Most importantly, you will look like you are done in no time.

i did my eyebrows about 2 weeks ago

and yes its permanent… maybe buy yourself a display pair of glasses as yer walmart glasses center… there 15 bucks and no prescription needed for just the frames and plastic lenses

A good practitioner can help you figure out the shape. One thing you can do is have them use a white eyebrow pencil to outline the shape and then take the hairs outside the line. However, the best thing to do is find the best salon in town and get them shaped by a highly experienced professional. The start electrolysis, having them get any hairs that come in outside the shaped area.

Doing male eyebrows requires skill. You don’t want them to look as if you’ve had work done, and it’s very easu to overdo them and end up looking unnatural. Spend the money to have them shaped by a pro, then have an electrologist do the permanent stuff. That way, if you’re not happy with the shape after the salon visit, it will all grow back.

Again, why are we digging up dozens of 15 year old posts for comment when the posters are long gone and they have no relevance to current dscussions? There are several LEGITIMATE questions asked this week that have been lost in the static and never responded to because no one can see them due to this. This needs to stop immediately.
