I went to a new American Laser Center today, since I moved, and after my treatment the nurse told me not to do any exercise for two days? this is the first time I’ve heard this? I workout 6 days a week, so now I’m wondering why the nurse said that? what about you guys, do u workout after treatment
or do u wait?
Sweat can slow down healing of the treated skin and cause some irritation for some people.
Are you in a contract with this place? California has lots of great clinics. You don’t have to go with a chain.
yes, unfortunatley I have a contract with American Laser Center for another year,Ive noticed this center at my new location is alot better than the previous one, so I’m making the best of it. But Im currently looking for a good place once I’m done with ALC,Im looking for a good place in the bay area or 925 area!
My friend had great results with GentleLASE in SF at Aura Skin Spa with GentleLASE. Not sure if they have GentleYAG. Zoozoo laser in Palo Alto has also been recommended here before.
You may want to call all the ALC locations in your area and ask for the names of machines they use. Some may still have LightSheer for example.
