Since professionals doing LASER hair removal are not allowed to call it Permanent Hair Removal, only “Permanent Hair Reduction”, the fact that these are advertised as home units, and call themselves permanent hair removal machines, it sounds like a total scam.
At least they are not all posted by the same Ebay ID.
I would pass on this one.
