Are these scabs turning into scaring?
I did my first electrolysis session on Thursday and since 2 days, I am applying polysporin on the treated area. I have a sensitive skin and indian skin tone. What shall I do?

No, these won’t turn into scars. You’ll need to leave them alone and let them fall off when they’re ready. Since you have an Indian skin tone, you should expect some hyperpigmentation which is temporary.
Having said that, some of these scabs are larger than necessary for facial work. If she’s only treating the odd hair here and there, I don’t think you need to be concerned. If her plan is to start removing every hair on the jaw/chin area in one sitting, then I would advise against it until she can make adjustments to her treatment and avoid this result.
I think it’s worth letting her know about this result and asking her to change her approach so that the scabs are smaller or not visible.
