I joined the site because I saw a post about a great electrologist in Riverside. Unfortunately, she has passed recently. I was wondering if anyone can provide references in San Bernardino, Redlands or Riverside California or the surrounding areas.
I have my first consultation in early July and I’m excited about starting treatment. The electrologist didn’t answer my intial email but her credentials (CPE and former electrologist board president for northern California, also helped revamp the exam) kept me after her. We eventually arranged a meeting over the phone but she lied and told me she’d replied to my email when I know she didn’t. That put me off a little but I still need treatment so I’m going to check her and her skills out. I would still really like to have the option to compare and choose the best practioner for me. So I would appreciate any referrals you can provide. Thanks!
I think LAgirl gave a good list of people she had work done with. you should be able to find it with the search feature, or you could message her. It seems to me that we have lots of info on LA practitioners. The referral section would also have some user feedback in it as well.
Oh, I thought this was the referral section but I’ll try to locate it. This board is huge. I’m actually in the Inland Empire so downtown Los Angeles is about 70 miles and too far for weekly trips.

My point is that there should be old posts and threads here in this section, and there should also be additionally, more easy to find stuff in the state by state guide list for California.

Excuse me for not knowing where everything on this board is, I’ve been a member for two days not seven years. You were a little cranky with that post, maybe you should have taken a nap first.
I read the board for a week before I even signed up so I’ve already read the posts from smooth v hairy, bryce and lila. I’ve even PM’d a few people but they don’t get on anymore so it doesn’t matter. Heaven forbid I’d find help on a consumer help board. You and your thousand posts plus friends can keep it, guess if I’d joined six years ago I might have had a chance of receiving a friendly reply.
There is no reason to be rude. Everyone’s trying to be helpful to you here. And they don’t get anything out of it btw. No one is paid here to help.
All that was suggested is to use the Advanced Search option at the top right. This is to YOUR benefit because the chances that someone from Riverside will check this section in the next year even are slim to none. But if you search using the city names etc, you can find past recommendations on the forum.
Also, if you go to the Electrolysis section, there is a sticky post at the top with links on how to find electrologists in your area. Unfortunately, there just isn’t much feedback on Riverside so far, so you’ll have to do the bulk of work on your own by getting sample treatments. If you post about them on the Electrolysis section of the forum, you can get feedback on which is best.
