Electrolysis on the chin (female face)

Hi everyone,

I did perform an electrolysis session on a female face (chin). This is the first clearance. I think she will need more than 3 clearances because this woman did laser treatment mouths ago and she used to tweeze her facial hair.

For her first clearance she let her hair grow during 2 mouths before starting the treatment.

Before :

Post-treatment :

5-6 days after the treatment

Nicely done Adrien!

Just a couple comments:

Tweezing wont affect the treatment frequency for more than 2-3 months before the hair will regrow and maintain it’s regular growth cycle tht is unless it becomes ingrown…
Laser however, will delay the hair resuming its normal growth cycle, possibly for years.Hopefully this wont mean she has to come back for appointments for years, but it s possible.

All areas will require multiple clearances, because not all the hair is available to treat at any given time, regardless of tweezing or laser being done beforehand.

But all and all, work well done. Have you had Josepha begin instruction with you yet? I can tell you that expert advice can benefit you greatly starting out.
Seana

Great pictures. Since laser is more attracted to dark hairs, it seems like electrolysis is good idea. It will be interesting to see how many treatments it will take.

Thank you Seana. I already started study electrolysis with Josefa and I keep studing thanks to her.

I will do update on this case in July.

Thank you too Maria. This woman has developed more hair after her laser treatment (paradoxal hypertrichosis). A lot of vellus hair was stimulated by laser. This is why she wants to do electrolysis for a permanent hair removal. For this first session we decided to remove the coarser hair and some thin hair. (The more visible). Vellus hair could be remove on the next session.

Very, very good job mon cher. You’re a diamond in the rough.

Muchas gracias querida Josefa
