Electrolysis on the scrotal skin covering all phases except of course, exogen phase.
ole !
Great video production! Josefa can you briefly describe what technique we’re seeing here? The probe appears to stay longer in the follicle, so are we seeing slow thermolysis in action? Also, the probe looks nice and “fat” is that a size 6 or 7?
I’m amazed at the depth you seem to be inserting to, on quite a few insertions it looks like you have inserted all but a couple mm of the probe length. The hairs look shorter than that, so I’m also wondering about the strategy you are using.

The .007 Laurer IBP in action! My favorite probe of all. Nice killing of hair, Jossie! I loved the music, too.
Very nice demonstration and calming music. The skin is very thin which makes it easier to see the entire process. I am also wondering whether this was the Thermolysis Method in action.
Hey Jossie … were you using Local Anesthetic for those “dudes?”
I wouldn’t have the balls to get my balls done! Lol…anaesthetic, Michael those hair seem few and far in between, is that area really really sensitive?
The answer would be yes! It is a sensitive area!
In fact its still fresh in my mind. I just had some done today. But I’ve never used any pain meds.
I agree with ozzy. I had 3.5 hours done today in that area and yeah, it smarts
I had a clearing in all areas done yesterday. Booked an hour but only needed 45 mins. My tech says I’m clearing up nicely hence the shorter treatment time.
What I find interesting, is that different areas of the scrotal skin hurt at different levels. From, “That’s not too bad” to “Son of a mother sob!”
My hairs used to look like the one in the vid.
Ouch. Is Josefa treating you?
No, I’m in the US.
Your a BRAVE man. I think i was a difficult patient. It just got to much for me is like losing your mind.
What? you, a difficult patient? noooo, you were an E-XEM-PLA-RY patient, and I would be honored if you decide to continue being treated by me.
Yes, Michael, the area was infiltrated. As you well know, contrary to what many may think, this area (on men and women) is one in which one suffers less because all the hair is concentrated in a relatively small area, so the anesthesia covers every corner.
You summed this up perfectly!
I worked on a transwoman’s scrotal area yesterday. She did apply lidocaine ointment, which helped a little, but some areas , midline, were at the SOB level. To make matters worse, all the hairs are gray or blond. Thank God for surgical loupes and a halogen light.
Injection is the way to go for this area, if at all possible.
You can try taking a non aspirin pain killer half an hour before treatment, it does take some off the pain off.
Is it possible to use the one touch to perform electrolysis on this place ?
Yes, but if YOU do it yourself, you’d better have the agility of Gumby.
No, its not a good idea, really. A ONE TOUCH is not a very durable unit for such a challenging area.
