Hair Removal Methods Do-It-Yourself Electrolysis

Hi all,

due to the complete lack of information on the net about this problem i have i’m pleased to join this forum.
I had a smooth tanned penis up until i was 30yrs old, but then noticed hair folicles growing up the shaft so i plucked the small hairs (almost daily).
I am 33yrs and have very noticable white follicles 3/4 up the shaft all round. I let the hairs grow now (they dont tend to be that long but there are lots) for week cycles in an effort to slow the spread.
I am using nair cream for bikini area straight after plucks which seems to slow it slightly.
I am going to purchase a one touch deluxe or something like this, i am on a budget will this help?
I need to know how to stop this before it takes over my life.

OneTouch is kind of a clunky machine with slightly unpredictable current and very large probes. It is good for easy areas like arms and legs, but I would not risk using it on a penis, honestly. If I were you, I’d spend a few months saving up to see a professional.

A one touch is not suitable for work in this area. I had a client who came to see me after trying to do this with a one touch and he had permanent craters on his shaft. The probe on the one touch is simply too large for these follicles, and you will not be able to insert the probe well, nor will you be able to hold the device still while doing a reverse insertion with your less than professional skills, and worse than professional machine.

For your own sake, seek professional help with this and get it done right. Stop plucking, as you will only thicken and further distort the follicles, thus making permanent removal more difficult later.

damn i had high hopes for the one touch, it even said on one ebay store it was ok for this area (prob just to get a sale).
I will seek professional help if i can find an electrologist that i trust enough in the south of England, Hampshire, UK. Maybe i have not looked in the right places but i cant find hardly any. I will look everywhere when i have the money (i heard it is expensive).
The shaft is the worst place for hair removal in my opinion, and it is something i would prefer to research and attempt to do myself in private.

Ok i will stop plucking then but what would you recommend as a temporary alternative?
i have a girl who wants to get with me, and i at least want to keep it smoothish to the touch…
(i would do a lol right now but i feel off about this as you can imagine).

Shaving carefully or trimming is really the best option since plucking can make it worse and creams are way too scary for such an area (risk of burning). If you just keep the hairs from getting too unruly I’m sure she won’t care. Many girls prefer their men actually look manly down there with some hair, instead of bare.

Electrolysis can be expensive, yes. But it’s paid in small increments over the course of a year. Once you get past the first full clearance, the sessions get shorter and spread further apart, so it gets less expensive as you go.
