Electrolysis on female stomach and Breast

Hello Everyone,

Yesterday i had my first Electrolysis consultation for my stomach and breast/chest bone area. I was very excited since this has been something that has made me so depressed. My electrologist has seen the area on my stomach i have some darker thick hair around my bellybutton and thin ones that go up hitting just the lower part of my breast. She examined the area and told me “This is going to take a while since your hair is fine but black and very close together”. She did a 15 min test and said that some of my hair foliclies have 2-3 hairs growing. i felt very discouraged by that and asked if a possible clearance would be done in 3-4 hours. She said i can’t tell you that, but electrolysis will work for you. “you’re going to be a fun one” She then scheduled my appoint for Feb 11 for one hour and the following two on the 23 and 24th for one hour each. she said we would go from there…

My question is for any electrologist that have worked on female stomach with fine hairs. How long till you had a first clearance? and after the first clearance do you space out the time of appointments. I also want to get treatment on my breast and Chest bone.

For my Chest Bone she took a look and saw that the hair is vellus short but black. She said theres a lot and would take some time, but that i have a good chance that those would be zapped faster…

Is that correct? I know that electrolysis takes time, but this is something that has really affected me. I am willing to wait 2-3 years till i see results.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see dark hairs around the belly button under neath and just above but going higher doesn’t look abnormal to me we all have thin hairs on our belly even celebs you have a bright light on that pic to show them up going to make them stand out more.

Don’t worry your head about those, I had a few done under my belly buttom towards pubic bone about 5 in total all were gone with one zap but I have never touch the area in my life.

I was having other area’s treated which were working and thought I’d get those sorted whilst she was at it.

Aim for any long black ones under and around the belly button to make you feel better sooner, you may find you don’t need any more work.

Thanks Helen1983. I think i should have taken a better pic because the top ones are very dark so i want at least from the top middle of my stomach down treated as the sides don’t have much hair.

Were your hair thick like mine? My electrologist said those could be zapped in 5-6 times. If you look closely you can see that she worked on the left side of the belly button.

It all depends if you have touch the area have you shaved plucked waxed used hair removal creams on the area prior to electrolysis.

On area’s where I have done the above it took about 3 zaps on each hair to totally kill them and of course some of this was hairs taking it in turns and not the same hairs popping up.

On area’s like my belly button down I had never touched the area before and they only needed 1 zap to die. If you haven’t messed with the area and your electrolysis knows what she’s doing you shouldn’t need more than one zap per hair to kill it.

I have shaved the area, but have not plucked at all. I’ve read that tweezing delays the process, but shaving doesn’t. I hope I can get rid of this in 9-18 months.

So after treating the hair 3 times at different times it was killed permanently?

From the look of your picture, I had more hair in those areas. My treatments are documented below, in my sig. After the first couple of clearances the hair was drastically reduced. I go for an hour to an hour and a half maybe every three months now, and that will cover underarms, breast bone/nipples and stomach. Due to hair cycles and timing it always takes a while to get rid of nearly all hairs but you will find it wont take long to make a noticeable difference.

Goodluck.
