Careful with microneedling since I’ve seen people have worse skin texture afterwards. Depends on the size of the roller needles.

Electrolysis probes maximum length is usually in the order of 6-8 mm This would be the DEEPEST tissue that could be affected assuming they were inserting the probe in it’s entirety .
There are no muscular nerves at anywhere near that depth.
