Hey! I have PCOS and suffer from dark, coarse hair over my facial area. I’m thinking of getting electrolysis in Israel, preferably around Be’er Sheva but I am willing to travel. I can get it done in either Israel or New York - depending on quality and price. Also, I don’t speak Hebrew.
