I have met Ms. Stephanie R. Fracassa, CPE of Professional Touch at many seminars and conventions, and she has even done excellent work on me. (Mine is not the easiest hair to work on.)
She is a warm person, very well trained, does good work, and is always looking for new ways to help her patrons get the best results in the fastest time possible.
