1 yes it is.
2. Any electrolysis on the face can have a permanent effect on the follicles treated. To treat the face and remove all the hair permanently takes a minimum of 12-18 months of contiguous treatments. If there is a hormonal issue stimulating new hair follicles at the conclusion, ongoing treatments may be required, but the hair follicles destroyed remain incapable of treating a hair and one does not grow new hair follicles after they are born. For this reason even extreme hormonal issues, eventually resolve.
3 Nope! For electrologists in europe there are lots of them but I have not been treated by any of them and cannot attest to their speed or efficiency, if you mean electrologists who will do marathon sessions , I know of none currently accepting new clients.
It is almost always cheaper and a better way to do things to recieve your electrolysis in your local market . Not only does the electrologist have to be able to accomodate long sessions, but you will very quickly learn your own tolerance for electrolysis as well. Without the use of a local anesthetic, I have very few clients who can sit through a session longer than 4 hours in a single day. And every day after that you begin again your tolerance will decrease.
For this reason wile I will still accept long session clients at my clinic here in canada, I almost always recommend against the client taking such drastic steps. In some cases people just have no local option and in those cases I do the session, but warn them of the likelyhood they may not be able to do half the amount they think they can.
