Electrolysis courses in Australia? Keen to learn the right method not the quick method! If not can someone please direct me to the best school known to the industry as I am happy to travel if need be! ✈️

Hi there,

There are training facilities in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (I don’t know much about it)
There is also Dectro training in Melbourne (with Holo academy) , likely the most detailed training in Australia.

electrolysis isn’t very well regulated over here and trainee ships aren’t really a thing.

Good luck with the journey.

Trudy Fleming is now semi-retire.
No her electrolysis isn’t a day course. She has trained me 1 on 1 at my shop. I didn’t remembered exact how many visit, probably around 10 times.
I had to collect at least 600 hrs of practice of removing hair from various body areas, using 2-hand technique
Machines were up to my budget. I bought used Clareblend Ultrablend for 2 footswitches each to control RF & DC separately &
Hinkel UC-1 with one footswitches for both RF & DC

You have to focus to coordinate your skills such that you are able to perform following:

  • precise insertion (angle of insertion)
  • correct depths to releasing energy
  • positioning myself as therapist and client such that both are comfortable during the procedure
    &
  • prevention of cross-contamination & etc.
