Padrica, a good place to start to see what’s out there is to look on ebay. I’m not sure if you want to put your machine on a counter, on a wall mount scissor arm, or on a cart. But if a cart, A good, stable one is an essential, something with some solid weight, with big diameter rollers.

Thing about equipment, is as soon as you break into the real quality medical level, the price goes up. But I think if your going to reassure clients of a serious clinic setting, good equipment is a good investment for image as well as function.
