I’m hoping to find an electrologist in Istanbul, where I now live. Can anyone make any recommendations? They would be greatly appreciated!
If no one answers your question, I would search this site and see if anyone has recommended someone in Istanbul. If nothing comes up, then I would get a list of all electrologists in and around your area and start making calls for consultations and sample treatments. If you have further questions after you see some electrologists, come back here and we will try to answer your questions or concerns.

There is someone in Turkey listed in The Dectro Apilus directory. I don’t think the listing is for Istanbul, but this person may know of someone there.
