Has anyone had a bad experience buying supplies from Electricspa.com? I returned some items and they have not issued a refund nor responded to my emails. Until such time they have resolved this issue I would advise not doing business with this company. Electrologists beware!
Update: Electricspa has failed to respond to my requests for a refund. The fact that they do not have a phone number should have sent up a red flag. In my opinion, these people are crooks!

All returned items were unopened except for two handpieces. I did receive an email from my credit card company concerning a refund. Will follow up with a report to verify it was Electricspa.
I did receive my refund. Electricspa will respond and do what is right, but bear in mind that orders take several weeks and refunds take several months. My personal preference is Texas Electrolysis Supply. I like talking to people. Jennifer takes my order and it usually arrives within three to four days.
